Why private sessions?
For beginners, going to a class setting can be quite intimidating and may prevent you from relaxing and getting the full benefit of yoga practice. For experienced practitioners going to a class may no longer allow you to progress and focus on your unique strength/weakness and goals.
With the popularity of yoga today many classes are very crowded which can be stressful and does not allow you to receive individual attention from the instructor. With the demands of work, trying to find time to go to a yoga class can also be very difficult.
